Refund policy

Returns in 14 days

You can return any piece within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without having to explain why. This also applies to sale and Black Friday items.

How to return

1. Write to us at info@mokaylabs.com within those 14 days with your order number and the piece you want to return. You can also use the form at the end of this page.
2. We'll reply with the return address in Spain.
3. Send the piece within 14 days of writing to us.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please pack the piece carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and use a tracked service: we can only refund parcels that reach us.

Condition of the piece

You can unpack and look at the piece as you would in a shop. If it comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We may wait until the piece reaches us, or until you send us proof that you've shipped it, before refunding.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo at info@mokaylabs.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to send it back. This doesn't affect the legal guarantee for faulty products that applies in your country.

Exchanges

To change a piece for another, return the first one and place a new order.

Cancelling before shipping

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, write to us and we'll cancel it with a full refund.

Withdrawal form

If you prefer, copy this text into an email to info@mokaylabs.com:

"To Mokay Labs, Calle Somorrostro 6, 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain, info@mokaylabs.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [piece]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."
