Overview

These terms apply to every purchase made at mokaylabs.com (the "Store"), run by Mokay Labs, Calle Somorrostro 6, 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain, info@mokaylabs.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before you buy. The Store is hosted by Shopify.

1. Who can buy

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to place an order. Our pieces are sold for personal and household use, not for resale.

2. Our pieces

We do our best to show each piece accurately. Colours can look different depending on your screen, and the pieces we sell can vary slightly from one to the next in tone, texture or size. Those small differences are part of each piece and are not defects. We may change our range or our descriptions at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable cause, for example if a piece is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in the price, or if the payment cannot be verified. If that happens we will tell you by email and refund anything you have paid.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel it by writing to us and we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include shipping: the price you see on the piece is the price you pay, with no handling fees at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. Prices and promotions can change at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions unless we say otherwise.

Payment is taken when you place the order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide. Orders leave within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. 6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, for any reason. Write to us at info@mokaylabs.com, send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you within 14 days of your request. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered. The full procedure and the withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or isn't the one you ordered, send us a photo at info@mokaylabs.com, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to send it back. This is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country.

8. Intellectual property

The name Mokay Labs, our logo and the texts, photographs, videos and 3D models on the Store belong to Mokay Labs or our licensors. You may browse the Store and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law. We are responsible for delivering the piece you ordered in good condition and for the legal guarantee. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for delays caused by carriers or customs, or for problems caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If you have a problem, write to us first at info@mokaylabs.com: a person answers every email and we try to solve things directly. Consumers in the EU may also contact their local consumer protection authority.
